Return & Warranty Information
The defective items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. All defective products must be returned in their original packaging complete with all options, accessories, and software. They must be returned in the original undamaged condition. If the unit is missing parts, the customer will be contacted to return them. If parts are not returned the customer will be charged a missing part fee for what it costs to replace them.

A refurbished product is backed by 90 day Limited Manufacturer Warranty. Brand New products come with a 1 year warranty through the manufacturer.
